I use this at night for my kids just before bedtime. rub some onto the soles of their feet and let them breathe it in for a few breaths. On mornings before the bus comes for school, if they are feeling anxious, or running late I make sure they take a few breaths with it under their noses to calm any anxieties.

I have been using Be Calm when I'm tempted to stress eat--just rub it on my palms and take 5 deep breaths--and the urge to eat something goes away. Helps to avoid eating something I didn't really want.
