The scent is exactly like the real thing! To me it has a fresh scent of lemon and not an overpowering sweet scent of poundcake. The combination is perfect. My home smells so good. I'm going to say the same thing on all of the candle reviews here because I recently retired from having a home/decor/art/antiques/gift business for almost 20 years. The last 15 have been at The Pink Cabbage where I sold be blends candles, soaps, bug spray, and bug bite relief. But I've also bought most of be blends products for myself and my home. It was a wonderful day when I met Stacey and discovered be blends! I had never used soy candles before and I couldn't believe the difference! No more worrying about harsh chemicals just to have my home smell good and I couldn't wait to offer these products in my own shop and everyone has loved them.
I've had each scent and all of them are fantastic! I have my favorites but there's not a one that doesn't smell absolutely wonderful! They last a long time and even smell when not burning! The scent is not overwhelming; it's just right. I can't say enough good things about these products and the wonderful, local family who makes them.
